Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge
Turkish Airlines
Istanbul Airport
International Terminal
Why we ranked it here
Scale is the story here: at 9,580 square metres, the CIP Lounge is one of the largest airline lounges in the world, and it uses the space for things most lounges don't even attempt — a cinema, a library, a golf simulator, and a spa offering massage, hammam, and facial treatments. The main dining hall runs hot and cold buffet stations alongside an open kitchen doing made-to-order Turkish and international dishes, and private sleeping rooms are available for long overnight connections. The peak-hour crowd (roughly 06:00–10:00 local) is the one real weakness — arrive outside that window if you can.
