Walk-in entry
€45· 2h
€45 at reception, or from €35 booked online in advance (Dublin Airport website or app, up to 2 hours before). Bookings are valid 15 minutes either side of your slot. 2-hour maximum stay.
Door fee vs a card
Paying at the door adds up. At this walk-in rate, 4 visits a year costs €180.
A credit card with lounge access can cover every one of those visits — often for less than the year of door fees, on top of the points and perks you'd get anyway.
See which cards pay offThe Phoenix Lounge reopened in April 2026 as Dublin Airport's main Terminal 1 lounge, run by daa. It sits on Floor 2 between the security lanes, so you reach it straight after central search; a second entrance on the T1 mezzanine is right after Fast Track. It is about a 3-minute walk from Terminal 2. Booking ahead is cheaper: entry is from €35 per person online against €45 at reception. You can book through the Dublin Airport website or app up to 2 hours before you arrive, and the booking is valid from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after your slot. Changes and cancellations close 4 hours before the slot. Your stay is limited to 2 hours, and children under 2 get in free. Early mornings are the crunch. Reviewers report a queue at the door when it opens at 04:00 and a waiting list by 04:30, so pre-book if you fly in the first wave. Entry includes a hot and cold buffet, tea and coffee, two alcoholic drinks per adult (cocktails cost extra), showers and a business zone with Wi-Fi. Priority Pass does not cover the Phoenix — at Dublin it only gets you into the Liffey Lounge, between Terminals 1 and 2. DragonPass does cover it, subject to space. Flying to the US? The Phoenix is before US Preclearance, so once you have cleared it, use the 51st & Green lounge in Terminal 2 instead.
DragonPass members, subject to capacity. Children under 2 free. 2-hour maximum stay.
