Door fee vs a card
Paying at the door adds up. At this walk-in rate, 4 visits a year costs €160.
A credit card with lounge access can cover every one of those visits — often for less than the year of door fees, on top of the points and perks you'd get anyway.
See which cards pay offThe Liffey Lounge is the only Dublin Airport lounge that takes Priority Pass. It is on Level 1 of the corridor that links Terminals 1 and 2, after security: about a 5-minute walk from T1 (turn left after security) and 3 minutes from T2 (through the shops, then the lift or stairs to Level 1). Priority Pass and DragonPass members, British Airways passengers and walk-ins all share it, and entry for each is subject to space, so it can turn people away at peak times. It is the simpler of Dublin's lounges: a cold buffet and light bites, a self-serve bar with beer, cider and wine (two alcoholic drinks per person), tea and coffee, work spaces, showers and runway views. For a hot buffet, the Phoenix Lounge in Terminal 1 takes DragonPass or €35 online. The Liffey is before US Preclearance; once you have cleared it, use the 51st & Green lounge in Terminal 2.
